We want you to enjoy your time in our home but do not put our vacation home at risk. • The town requires quiet time from 10pm-7am. • We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart. • Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine from the host of $250. You will also be asked to leave. • Only the number of guests registered can be at the property. • This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke/vape inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages. • The community pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is no life guard on duty. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. • No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. • Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet. You will also be asked to leave. • Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles in the home. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine. • Do not lean or sit on deck railing. • Do not sit on ping pong table. • Do not grill under the home. • Do not leave grill unattended. • No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
